2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Croatia typically arrive within 1–3 business days. EU orders take 3–7 days, and international orders may take up to 14 business days.
4. Can I return my hair extensions?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.
5. How do I care for my extensions?
Treat your extensions like your natural hair—use sulfate-free products, heat-protectant sprays, and store them properly when not in use. Care tips are included with every order.
6. Do you offer salon services?
Yes! Our studio in Pula, Croatia offers installation, styling, and custom consultations. Bookings can be made via our Contact page.
7. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
